The Myers MSS-SD1-ZB is a smart sensor designed for smoke detection, operating on Zigbee wireless technology compliant with the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. This ceiling-mounted device communicates within the 2.405 GHz to 2.480 GHz frequency range and is compatible with the Partizan mobile app.
The sensor detects smoke and provides audible alarm notification when triggered. The unit features a plastic housing with compact dimensions of 80 × 80 × 38 mm and weighs 96 grams. The device operates on 3V DC power supplied by two LR03 (AAA) batteries, with low battery indication occurring at 2.2V.
The MSS-SD1-ZB is designed for ceiling installation and operates within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C with humidity tolerance of 20-95% RH in non-condensing conditions. Storage temperature spans from -20 to 35°C. The product is backed by a 3-year warranty.
