Product detailed description
The Myers MSS-GD1-ZB is a smart sensor designed for methane (CH4) gas detection, utilizing Zigbee wireless communication based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. This compact device operates on the Zigbee frequency band of 2.405 GHz to 2.480 GHz and features SKU 7937.
The sensor is configured to trigger an alarm at 7% LEL ± 3% LEL for methane detection, providing a sound-based alarm mode for alerting users to gas presence. The device integrates with the Partizan mobile app for remote monitoring and management. Housed in a plastic enclosure with dimensions of 48 x 48 x 30 mm and weighing 50 grams, the MSS-GD1-ZB offers a lightweight and compact form factor.
The sensor features plug-in installation and operates on AC power supply ranging from 85 to 250 volts with 1.5 W consumption. Operating conditions support temperatures from 0 to 40°C and humidity levels of 20-95% RH (non-condensing), with storage temperatures between -20 and 35°C. The product includes a 3-year warranty.
