This year's For Arch, one of the biggest construction trade fairs in the Czech Republic, is behind us again. Four days at the Letňany exhibition grounds, hundreds of visitors and plenty of smart little boxes on the table – just the way we like it. Just like last year, we had our own stand under the Partizan Security banner – our sister company within the Ehsopex group – showing what home security and smart living look like in practice today.
Our team in action
The stand was busy for all four days. Visitors asked about everything – from camera installation and WiFi range to whether they could set up a smart home themselves. We had the answers ready, because we hear the same questions from our online customers every day.
What did we show visitors?
This year, the Myers cameras stole the show – a premium line of smart home systems from our sister brand Partizan Security, which we also offer here at Elvix. There was also strong interest in fully cable-free solutions – a solar camera you simply mount on a wall or post and connect over 4G.
A smart home in a single app
Cameras are only part of the story. On our Premium Smart Home Systems panel we showed how smart bulbs, switches, sockets, thermostats and relay modules all connect into one ecosystem – controlled by a single Partizan app, winner of the Best Mobile CCTV App award at the Adria Security Summit.
Keeping watch over little ones, the whole house and the front door
We also had the Babycam WiFi Kit with a 5" monitor for keeping an eye on the baby, and the smaller Babycam WiFi in a cute deer design. It was joined by smart sensors (water leak, gas, carbon monoxide and PIR motion detectors), and at the end of the stand, Myers IP video doorphones – from a simple outdoor panel with a camera to card-reader and keypad solutions for apartment buildings.
“The most common question at the stand? Whether we can install it ourselves. And the answer is yes – every product is DIY ready.”
